Training courses financed by the GOL Programme
The Workers’ Employability Guarantee (GOL) is an active employment policy program that helps unemployed people find work. AKG è un operatore accreditato ai servizi alla formazione per il Programma Garanzia di Occupabilità dei Lavoratori (GOL) nel Lazio.
The training courses within the GOL Program are part of a career guidance program tailored to each individual’s needs. At the end of each professional training course, a certificate of participation is issued (attendance must be at least 70% of the total course hours) and a certificate of skills and knowledge upon passing a final exam.

Training courses funded by the DIL Program
Dote Inserimento Lavorativo (DIL) is a measure that supports the development of an integrated range of employment and training services, tailored to the individual’s needs, in coordination with social and development support policies. AKG is an accredited training service provider for the Dote Inserimento Lavorativo (DIL) Programme in Lombardy.
The DIL Program allows participants to take part in training activities completely free of charge.
It is not a standardized program, but is based on the personalization of the services offered by individual operators to different users.
