AKG Italia is an organization accredited for employment services for the GOL Program in Emilia-Romagna, Lazio and Lombardy.

The purpose of the Program

Guarantee of Employability of Workers is a program of active employment policies included in the PNRR (National Recovery and Resilience Plan) planned by ANPAL and the Ministry of Labor to redevelop active policy services and consequently lower unemployment in Italy.

The GOL Program, coordinated by ANPAL and implemented by the various regions, has as its objective the improvement of job placement services, also through the strengthening of employment centers or by financing professional courses.

AKG is an operator accredited for employment and training services that adheres to the GOL Program through the regional plans (PAR) of the Lombardy Region, Emilia-Romagna Region and Lazio Region with professional training courses, basic job orientation and personalized services.

At our accredited offices, citizens, male and female workers and employers with residence or domicile in Lombardy can access our work support services aimed at supporting, defining and accompanying the realization of their professional project.

How to join the Workers Employability Guarantee Program

The GOL Program is aimed at workers with social safety nets or other income support (NASPI or inclusion allowance), vulnerable people (young people, women with particular disadvantages, people with disabilities, over 55s) and unemployed people without income support income.

To join, you must contact the operators in the area who will activate a personalized implementation plan , built on the user’s needs and experiences, thanks to which you will be able to access free training and tailor-made orientation.

AKG is one of the accredited operators and, by joining the GOL Programme, offers active employment policy paths in Lombardy, Lazio and Emilia-Romagna.

How the Workers Employability Guarantee Program works

The GOL Program allows the people who participate in it to participate in training activities completely free of charge: job support courses, refresher or professional retraining courses and, finally, network courses with other local services (social, socio-health, conciliation, educational).

It is not a standardized program, but is based on the personalization of the services offered by individual operators to different users. The final objective of GOL is to bring public and private services closer to the citizen through work reintegration paths.
