Dote Inserimento Lavorativo (DIL)

AKG Italia is an organization accredited for employment and training services for the DIL Program in Lombardy.

The purpose of the Programme

The Dote Inserimento Lavorativo (DIL) Programme is an initiative designed to support the development of an integrated range of employment and training services, tailored to individual needs and coordinated with social policies and measures supporting economic and professional development.

The DIL Programme is part of the 2021–2027 European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) Regional Programme, under Priority 1 – Employment. Its aim is to improve opportunities for jobseekers by supporting them in their search for, and transition into, their first job or new employment opportunities.

AKG is an accredited provider of employment and training services that participates in the DIL Programme through the Regional Implementation Plan (PAR) of the Lombardy Region, offering vocational training courses, basic career guidance and personalised support services.

At our accredited centres, residents and domiciled individuals in Lombardy—including jobseekers, workers and employers—can access our employment support services, designed to help them define, develop and successfully pursue their professional goals.

How to Join the DIL Programme

The DIL Programme is aimed at unemployed individuals who are resident and/or domiciled in Lombardy.

To join the programme, participants must contact one of the accredited providers operating in the region. The provider will develop a personalised action plan based on the individual’s needs, experience and professional goals, giving participants access to free training and tailored career guidance.

AKG is one of the accredited providers participating in the DIL Programme, offering active employment policy services to support people in finding employment and developing their professional skills in Lombardy.

How the DIL Programme works

The DIL Programme gives participants access to a range of completely free training and employment support services, including job placement and employment support programmes, upskilling and reskilling courses, and integrated pathways delivered in collaboration with other local services, such as social, healthcare, childcare and education services.

The programme is not a one-size-fits-all solution. Instead, it is based on a personalised approach, with each accredited provider tailoring its services to the individual needs and circumstances of each participant.

Our course catalog

Training courses financed by the GOL Programme

The Workers’ Employability Guarantee (GOL) is an active employment policy program that helps unemployed people find work.

The training courses within the GOL Program are part of a career guidance program tailored to each individual’s needs. At the end of each professional training course, a certificate of participation is issued (attendance must be at least 70% of the total course hours) and a certificate of skills and knowledge upon passing a final exam.

Discover the excellence of AKG courses

Our training courses are designed to provide comprehensive preparation for all work situations required by different positions and jobs.

Courses are generally organized into 28-hour modules per week , divided into seven hours of training per day for four days (except for courses where, due to company operational issues, the total number of hours will vary slightly). This organization is designed to allow students both the opportunity to have free time during the day to handle any errands and commitments, and to ensure the students’ full attention.
