Overview
The course offers workers a safe and engaging space to reflect on issues related to physical, psychological and emotional well-being in the corporate environment. Specifically, the program includes various experiential activities linked to the themes of effective communication, resilience, stress, burnout and smart working. Furthermore, it provides an adequate space to discuss good eating habits and sleep hygiene useful for facing the challenges posed by the working environment.
The program is highly experiential with the aim of making the learning experience effective and engaging. Practical team building activities, body, relaxation and meditation exercises, self-tests and group work are planned.
The objective of the program is to promote work productivity, a sense of personal satisfaction in the workplace and the building of strong social relationships useful for better managing the psychological load of work.

The WE Program for managers and supervisors
Overview
The course is aimed at managers, coordinators and equivalent figures and addresses various issues related to physical, psychological and emotional well-being in the corporate environment. Specifically, the program includes various experiential activities related to the topics of leadership, effective communication, corporate engagement, stress, burnout and smart working. It also provides adequate space to discuss the impact that food and sleep have on work productivity. The program also aims to provide guidelines for identifying and providing support to resources with psychological difficulties, as well as strategies for creating a more supportive working environment.
The program has been designed highly experiential in order to make the learning experience effective and engaging. Practical team building activities, body, relaxation and meditation exercises, self-tests and group work are planned.
