AKG Italia Foundation ETS is a third-sector foundation based in Milan that works to create real opportunities and reduce inequalities.
As a nonprofit organization, it supports projects with high social impact in collaboration with universities, associations, and nonprofit organizations selected for their expertise and reliability.
The goal is simple: to promote inclusion, access to education, and entry into the workforce, especially for those who are disadvantaged or marginalized.

We work alongside qualified organizations to transform ideas into tangible paths for growth, helping people regain their independence, reenter the workforce, and build their personal and professional futures.

We work every day to reduce social and economic inequalities by promoting equal opportunities and supporting initiatives that generate a positive, tangible, and lasting impact.
The goal is clear: to create real opportunities for people and contribute to a more equitable, inclusive, and sustainable society.
With firsthand knowledge of the challenges of the job market and the difficulties in accessing training and employment, we decided to take it a step further: to create a tool dedicated exclusively to social impact.
The Foundation is the natural evolution of this journey: an initiative that reinforces our commitment to inclusion by supporting projects and organizations capable of bringing about tangible change.
The Foundation operates as a Third Sector Entity and carries out exclusively activities in the public interest, pursuant to Article 5 of the Third Sector Code (Legislative Decree 117/2017), pursuing civic, solidarity-based, and socially beneficial objectives.
