Requirements
This course is financed through the active employment policies program Guarantee of Employability of Workers (GOL).
To access this free course you must:
Be between 16 and 64 years old.
Don’t have a job.
Have residence or domicile in Lombardy.
Not having previously activated a path of active employment policies (GOL or DUL dowry).
It is preferable to have a basic knowledge of the Italian language.
Plan
Take care of labeling and traceability of packaged products.
Know the packaging materials and characteristics of the food product.
Carry out food packaging and clean and maintain machines.
Know HACCP regulations, perform risk analysis and critical control points.
