The Lombardy Region has always been at the forefront of active employment policy programs. AKG is an operator accredited for employment and training services and adheres to regional programs such as Dote Unica Lavoro and Guarantee of Employability of Workers.
At our accredited offices, citizens, male and female workers and employers with residence or domicile in Lombardy can access our work support services aimed at supporting, defining and accompanying the realization of their professional project.

Active policies for employment in Lombardy
In the Lombardy Region, AKG adheres to the Single Work Dote and Workers’ Employability Guarantee programmes. Both programs aim to help people enter or re-enter the world of work and are implemented as part of the initiatives promoted by the Regional Operational Program co-financed by the European Social Fund.

Guarantee of Employability of Workers
It is aimed at unemployed / unemployed people aged between 16 and 65, resident and/or domiciled in Lombardy.
Dote Unica Lavoro
It is aimed at men who have been unemployed for less than 6 months, aged between 30 and 54, resident and/or domiciled in Lombardy and not beneficiaries of Naspi or Citizenship Income.
