Requirements
This course is financed through the active employment policies program Guarantee of Employability of Workers (GOL).
To access this free course you must:
Be between 16 and 64 years old.
Don’t have a job.
Have residence or domicile in Lombardy.
Not having previously activated a path of active employment policies (GOL or DUL dowry).
It is preferable to have a basic knowledge of the Italian language.
Module 1
Basic grammar: the verbs “sein” and “haben,” regular verbs, articles, introduction to the accusative case.
Introduce yourself and hold simple conversations.
Numbers, date, times.
First steps in the workplace: greeting people, welcoming customers, making phone calls.
Filling out forms.
Intercultural awareness.
Module 2
Grammar focus: modal verbs, separable verbs, possessive adjectives, the “Perfekt.”
Create a resume and cover letter.
