The course is aimed at anyone who wants to develop customer relationship management skills in the process of selling goods or providing services.

Requirements

This course is financed through the active employment policies program Guarantee of Employability of Workers (GOL).

To access this free course you must:

Be between 16 and 64 years old.

Don’t have a job.

Have residence or domicile in Lombardy.

Not having previously activated a path of active employment policies (GOL or DUL dowry).

Knowledge of the Italian language and aptitude for relationships with customers.
