This course is financed through the active employment policies program Guarantee of Employability of Workers (GOL).
To access this free course you must:
Be between 16 and 64 years old.
Don’t have a job.
Have residence or domicile in Lombardy.
Not having previously activated a path of active employment policies (GOL or DUL dowry).

Psycho-physical characteristics of people with different levels of self-sufficiency. Management techniques in the helping relationship. Elements of first aid, specific communication techniques with the fragile person.
Elements of psychology of the elderly. Knowledge of the main neurodegenerative conditions. Care and assistance in the living places of the person affected by dementia. Elements of occupational therapy.
Elements of developmental and disability psychology. Ethical aspects related to assistance activities. Stress and prevention of burnout in the helping professions.
